Forms via shortcode
Create a form in the dashboard, copy its shortcode, and place it on a page, landing page, or next to downloadable content.
SG Newsletter Pro helps you build your own contact database in WordPress. Create signup forms, lead magnets, lists, segments, campaigns, automations, and reports without adding another external system for simple tasks.
The problem this plugin solves
A typical website owner needs a few simple things: a signup form, a subscriber list, a welcome email, a download in exchange for signup, several automated messages, and clear information about whether anyone reads them. This plugin organizes all of that inside WordPress.
Key features
The list below is based on an analysis of the plugin files. These are features that are actually present in the code, not generic sales claims.
Create a form in the dashboard, copy its shortcode, and place it on a page, landing page, or next to downloadable content.
Contacts do not all end up in one bucket. Manage them using lists, sublists, and groups so the database remains clear and organized.
Tags help identify contacts after a form submission, purchase, activity, or manual decision. It is a simple CRM inside the WordPress dashboard.
Send a message to a selected group, such as active contacts, inactive contacts, buyers, or people who clicked a link.
The plugin supports messages after signup, after purchase, recurring automations, and one-off emails to selected recipients.
Build message sequences with delays, conditions, and continuation after completed workflows.
Contacts receive points for signup, opens, clicks, and other behaviors. It becomes easier to see who is cold, warm, or ready for direct contact.
The PDF popup collects email addresses in exchange for content. The code also includes a limit of one free PDF per email address.
Add customers after purchase, assign tags based on products, and filter the database by purchased products.
Review signups, unsubscribes, open rate, CTR, clicks, list quality, and revenue attributed to emails.
The plugin includes Double Opt-In, unsubscribe handling, a suppression list, a preference center, reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Amazon SES configuration.
Connect the newsletter with other processes through REST API, webhooks, and external automation integrations.
Lead Magnet
The plugin includes a PDF popup mechanism. A visitor clicks to download, submits their details, and is added to the selected list. It works well for guides, meal plans, checklists, instructions, promotional files, and free educational materials.
Automation
Set the rules once, and the plugin guides each contact through the next steps.
Newsletter for ecommerce
SG Newsletter Pro can use store data. This lets you communicate differently with customers who purchased, those who did not, and people interested in a specific product.
Organization and compliance
The plugin includes tools that reduce contact database clutter and lower the risk of sending messages to invalid addresses.
Pricing
The payment module is shown below. There are no separate sales buttons because the purchase is handled through the subscription shortcode.
Pay monthly and use the plugin without a larger upfront payment.
That works out to approximately 187.25 PLN per month.

About the author
I design websites and online stores for coaches, dietitians, physiotherapists, clinics, and health-sector brands.
I do not create attractive websites that simply exist online. I build systems that guide visitors from their first visit to a specific action: signing up, purchasing, submitting a form, leaving contact details, or building trust in the brand.
I have six years of experience designing websites for the health industry. I have worked on projects for people including Marek Fischer, Adam Rębiś, Marcin Zając, Rafał Kosiarski, Kuba Koszczka, and Anna Kurzyńska.
I also develop my own WordPress plugins. They were created from practical experience, not theory. I built them around real problems encountered in client projects, after hundreds of hours spent researching solutions, testing tools, and adapting WordPress to specific sales processes.
I do not use pressure tactics. I know most people will first scroll to the portfolio, features, or price, and that is perfectly reasonable. The best argument is something concrete: a project with a clear purpose, structure, and the ability to help users make a decision.
